The facility was inaugurated and dedicated to the nation by Hon’ble Union Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt. of India – Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, in the august presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra – Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The event was attended by Smt Bacchav Shobha Dinesh (Bhagre Didori, Hon’ble M.P.), Shri Rajabhau (Parag) Prakash Vaje (Hon’ble M.P.), Shri Bhaskar Muralidhar (Hon’ble M.P.), and numerous state legislative and council members.
The online short circuit test lab is unique in many ways. iSAT India designed, prototyped, tested, and commissioned innovative equipment for the facility, which were not only ‘Made in India’ but also surpassed many parameters in their performance while testing. The development of the facility is a reflection of the manifestation of ‘Vocal for Local’ by our Hon’ble Prime Minister – Shri Narendra Modi.
Our special thanks to CPRI Bengaluru and Bhopal units for entrusting us with this responsibility. Salutations to iSAT team members who remained undeterred by many challenges, learnt from failures and finally succeeded.
